ARCHITECTURE TYPE:
A personlized farmhouse-style architecture
SURFACE AREA OF RESIDENCES:

Single-family house: Single-story area whith a minimuof 1500 square feet

Cottage house: Two-story area of a minimum of 1800 square feet.

Calculating the area : Floor area not include balconies, garage or three-season veranda. The garage must not access the floor area of a story.

For a single-story buliding, the maximum height does not exceed 25 feet.

For a two-story bukding, the maximum height must not exceed 35 feet.

The height of the outbuildings must not exceed 16 feet
EXTERIOR COVERING:

The exterior cladding must consist of more than one type of material and must be complete not later than 6 months after the house shell is installed.
